Park Shadows maintenance staff always does their best to fix any issue. I had a toilet that was not working and Stan came in and replaced it He was courteous and professional.
the office ladies are always super helpful, the maintenance crew is friendly and work orders get taken care of typically within 2 days. charming little community thats affordable, i love it here
